Our terms of service are pretty straight forward. Don't do things with your connection that are illegal, abusive, or impair the rest of us from using the network. By using the rural fast internet broadband internet services offered by Gistlink Incorporated you assume all responsibility for anything you view, download, or inadvertently allow to run on your systems. Don't send SPAM. Use of peer to peer services may be throttled to ensure no degradation of services to the rest of our customers. You the Customer are responsible for ensuring your PC software is up to date and not compromised.

No attempts to gain unapproved access or abuse of network services or other hosts through any means including but not limited to port scans, DOS attacks, or other abusive activities will be tolerated. Open mail relays, hosting of illegal content, sending of SPAM or inadvertently allowing others to send SPAM will not be tolerated.

The Internet is constantly changing and as a result efforts to block inappropriate content, virus blocking, spy ware and physhing blocking are made on a best effort basis with no guarantees that it will block all or any threat. As new threats come along they may not be defined and caught by Gistlink provided tools. Unless specified by a service plan, Gistlink software offerings are the responsibility of the customer to maintain. Regardless of service plan, use of these Services constitute agreement by the Customer to hold Company Gistlink Incorporated harmless from any and all claims resulting from use of the Service.

Customers who have a compromised PC on their network will be notified by email and courtesy call and their accounts may be restricted or blocked until the compromised PC has been resolved to reduce or eliminate the impact on others using the Service. Gistlink Inc. provides services separate of it's high speed internet offerings which include virus eradication, spyware removal, data recovery. These services are provided at a preferred rate for subscribers that is, in all instances, an extra charge to the customer in addition to the high speed internet offering.
